Thank you for shopping with Sweet n' Flowers! We're committed to getting your order to you as quickly and safely as possible.

Processing Time:

• Most orders UP TO 30 flowers are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days after the order is placed.
• For orders bigger than 30 flowers we will ask for additional time (1 week). 30 flowers to 100 flowers  we ask for 13 days. Orders above 100 flowers, please, contact us. Customization, please contact us.
• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Rates and Methods:

• We offer shipping to the United States and select international destinations.
• Shipping rates and delivery times vary depending on your location and selected shipping method.
• We offer several shipping options at checkout, including standard shipping and expedited shipping.
• Free shipping is available for orders over a certain dollar amount, which may vary from time to time.

Order Tracking:

• Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
• You can track your order on our website or through the carrier's website using the provided tracking number.

International Orders:

• International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
• We are not responsible for any delays or additional fees incurred due to customs processing.
• Please check with your country's customs office to determine any additional fees or restrictions that may apply to your order.
